Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Safe operation of all company equipmentReport BOL discrepanciesManage safe unloading at delivery destination and place product in customer's desired locationMaintain accurate and up-to-date daily paperwork (trip envelope, RMA's)Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational capacityAdhere to company and departmental policiesEnsure loads are properly securedPerform pre/post trip inspections of all equipmentReport equipment and payload problems/hazardsPerform in-route inspection of all equipmentUnderstand and practice ADS CORE VALUESMaintain proper communication with customers and Freight ManagerEnsure accuracy of delivered quantities and product typesTimely report ALL accidents, incidents or violations
Experience:
One year verifiable OTR experience with reliable carrier.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) that is applicable for the type of commercial equipment being operatedMust meet/or exceed physical standards of the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administrations (FMCSA) and ADSMust have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record from all states where prior licenses where heldMust be at least 21 years of age (DOT requirement for interstate operation)Must satisfactory pass all required drug testsMust pass ADS road test PI132035018.
